Oh PEMRA, PEMRA, PEMRA...best of luck with that.
Now, let's get back to 10 reasons to watch Dil Ka Kya Rung Karun episode 3.
Reason 1: The immediate and absolute way Huriya exits Danial's life. Like quicker than you can say alvida, she's gone...like gone with the wind (haha).
Reason 2: Gone with the wind, but apparently stopped to write Danial a bye-bye letter. So reason 2 is good old fashioned snail mail that Danial can leave lying around or pressed in a book and can later be found by another character to create unnecessary - but necessary - drama in the drama.
Reason 3: We find out Huriya is a school teacher...odd cos Danial said woh raath tak dair tak online rehti hei, tu how does she wake up for school?
Reason 4: The entry of Aijaz Aslam as a single dad. Single dad, concerned teacher. Concerned single teacher. Gee, I wonder what will happen...
Reason 5: to see how it takes the moms two days to concoct the scheme for Aiza and Danial to marry, but takes them four months to actually broach the topic with Aiza.
Reason 6: Danial's amazing convincing skills cos one scene later the marriage is already two days old and Dadi is convincing Danial to take Aiza on a honeymoon/vacation. Which brings us to...
Reason 7: So we can all wonder together are Aiza and Danial have a Hamza-Iqra marriage or a Hamza-Maya marriage...
Reason 8: Like the flashbacks, more smart choices being made by the production team to portray how Aiza has married Danial, but instead of treating him like Danial, she is treating him like his dead brother, Shoaib, in essence proving how she hasn't really managed to move on. Good acting on Noor Hasan's part too: subtle and effective expressions.
Reason 9: Single dad is a doctor. Oh be still my beating heart! Huriya is totally winning the rebound competition!
Reason 10: When Aiza tries to pressure Danial about seeing a fertility doctor, Danial says, "...Humara bachay is leeaye nahi ho raha kion ke aap nahi chahteen." Oohhhh snap!
Until next episode...
So if pemra enforces this, are we going back to dramas where the women woke up from sleep with their dupattas pinned perfectly to their heads.
ReplyDeleteOnto the drama...Reason one why I didn't watch this drama while it was being aired... Aijaz Aslam trying to romance girls half his age. Buddha doctor, with a daughter....I don't think anyone is winning this contest.
No. His age difference is part of the story. You're supposed to WATCH the drama. Not just read the review. Stop living vicariously :p
