Garr Maan Reh Jaaye - Episode 20

I LOVE this drama. Why you ask? Cos it's so over the top, so absurd, the background score is so loud and obviously stolen from an action movie from the 1990s...I mean seriously. This drama and me #TrueLove

So let's get started with what's going on here...

Poor Asma - runs away, is locked in a 'tower', beaten, raped, and now marrying the man not-of-her dreams. On the upside, she's been wearing these clothes for like 3 days and check out that meticulous shalwar crease.

How does he just appear everywhere? It's freaky. #PleaseStop

Literally 5 steps behind molvi sahab. But does molvi sahab have a clue? Nope. None.

Anger management issues personified. That's our boy here. First he tried to strangle Nissa. Then he beat Asma. Followed by raping her. And now he thinks that Asma is going to be able to forgive and forget and fall in love with him.

Umm, Asma I don't think making confessions of love to another man is really the smart route to go. Anger management issues - remember??

Nadeem was single handedly the reason I started watching this drama. If there's anything I love more than dramas, it's old Pakistani movies. And Nadeem was my favorite actor of that era (and Faisal and Rahat Kazmi, but let's try to stay focused here). He is just so SAD as this desperate dad of three girls and little means. Look - even when he's acting dead you just want to reach into the screen and give him a hug.

This guy. And his reaction. Epic. So apparently molvi sahab's shady dealings continue, because he recruited the gawah without clarifying whose Nikah they were presiding over. Lol.

"Ahsen! Array tu tu agwa ho gaya tha?!" Hahaha - nahi yaar...epic Nikah escapades continue.

How can you not feel sorry for these guys? They came to be witnesses and eat a free lunch and ended up in the middle of a family feud. #Awkward

Someone forgot to tell Farrukh this is a ladies only affair. He pops out of thin air (again). On a side note: kudos to the drama makers for showing people dressed in not-all white and no agar battees at the funeral.

She's dressed as a bride running through the streets of Hyderabad to her dad's funeral. Can someone say DRAMA?

Now can you begin to understand why I love this drama so much? It's deliciously awesome! So many hysterics, so little time...
